Is your online store secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard 128bit SSL encryption to take your order. Your personal and credit card details are completely safe and cannot be intercepted by any third party.

What types of cards do you accept?

We welcome payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

I don't want to pay with a credit card.
Do you accept other forms of payment?

We do sometimes, but please note that it can be quite costly (both for you and us) and it'll take much longer to process your order. But if you really want to pay by check or a bank transfer, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Sure. Shortly after you have submitted your order, you will get an email confirmation from us. One of our customer care guys will assume responsibility for your order and will make sure it is packed, shipped and delivered fast. Your order confirmation email will give you his direct contact details so that you've got a real human to write to if there is anything you need (...yes, we hate those anonymous "customer care departments" of big companies as much as you do).

How soon will my order be shipped?

We know fast delivery is important to all our customers, so all orders ship within 24 hours of receipt. In fact, most orders are dispatched on the same day we receive them (if placed by 3pm).

When will my order arrive?

That depends on your location in the world. International orders ship by Priority Airmail, so it usually takes no more than 5-10 days (often less) to reach most destinations.

Can I track my order online?

Sure. Just have your order number ready (see your order confirmation email) and use our online order tracker to track your order's progress through our billing, packing and shipping departments in real time.

What if my order fails to turn up?

This is very rare, but rest assured that if that happens, our customer care guys will work with you to resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction. If you have requested a recorded delivery and your order gets lost, we will re-ship your goods pronto – at no additional charge to you. (...we'll then take it up with the postal authorities 'cause we don't like it one bit when people don't do their jobs properly – but that's our problem... nothing for you to be bothered with.)

Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?

Absolutely. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, you may return any unused goods within 21 days of order placement for a refund. Note, however, that you must ship the goods to us at your own expense and that we are unable to refund any shipping fee we charged you. Contact us if you want to arrange a return.
